Tom Greenwood, the founder of Embrace Associates, brings 15 years experience supporting businesses and candidates across a diverse range of industries and specialisms.
With a proven track record at a national recruitment business as an Operations Manager, Tom has honed his expertise in identifying and placing candidates who not only meet the job requirements but also align with the company’s culture and values. Tom has led on a broad range of recruitment activities including single site, high volume temporary requirements through to specialist technical placements.
His vision for Embrace Associates is built on a foundation of integrity, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Outside of recruitment you can find Tom walking Woody with his fiancée Kirsty or playing Golf.
Dan Greenwood, With a diverse background in the insurance, utilities, and telecoms industries. Dan was the owner of a successful insurance business.
Dan has honed his expertise in risk management, customer service, and business operations. His hands-on approach and dedication to excellence have helped him build a loyal client base.
Before venturing into insurance, Dan gained valuable experience working in the utilities sector, where he developed strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of regulatory environments.
